About The Position

This role provides direct support to program and technical leadership by managing project schedules, documentation, and reporting while maintaining daily security and facility compliance requirements in a classified environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, an understanding of DoD security procedures, and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple technical and administrative teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Two to five years of experience supporting DoD or federal programs in a project, program, or administrative capacity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple functional areas and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting IT, cybersecurity, or facility-based technical programs
  • Familiarity with DoD security policies and classified facility procedures
  • Experience developing project dashboards, trackers, or presentations for leadership review
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day project management activities, including schedule tracking, milestone reporting, and documentation updates
  • Maintaining project trackers and data logs to support cost, schedule, and performance reporting
  • Coordinating with engineering and technical staff to collect updates, consolidate progress reports, and identify dependencies or risks
  • Serving as a site security point of contact for classified workspace access and daily open/close procedures, ensuring compliance with DoD security protocols
  • Managing and documenting end-of-day security checks, access rosters, and visitor control logs in accordance with government and company policies
  • Providing administrative and executive support to program leadership, including meeting coordination, travel requests, correspondence, and documentation formatting
  • Assisting with onboarding, visit requests, and personnel in/out processing for the program team
  • Maintaining inventory and accountability records for government-furnished equipment (GFE) and other controlled assets
  • Supporting preparation of briefings, reports, and technical documentation for government review
  • Working closely with the program manager and technical leads to ensure all project deliverables and documentation are current, accurate, and compliant with contract requirements
