Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support project management and business analysis functions while working closely with experienced project managers and team members. As a Project Analyst, Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in analyzing project data, assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and process data effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid time management skills and able to prioritize.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing and organizing project data, reports, and documentation.
  • Support project managers in tracking project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Help prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project schedules, tracking tools, and databases.
  • Provide administrative support for project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving project management processes and tools.
