Project Analyst, Operations Services
About The Position
Habit Burger & Grill is seeking a highly organized and analytical individual with experience in restaurant operations and a strong interest in project management. Reporting directly to the Operations Services & Communications Manager, the Project Analyst, Operations Services leads and supports the planning, coordination, and execution of operational initiatives across the brand. Responsibilities include designing rollout plans, managing project documentation, tracking timelines, gathering and analyzing field feedback, and supporting cross-functional alignment throughout the project lifecycle. The role also serves as a key partner in maintaining and updating the Habit Hub intranet to ensure operational content is accurate, easy to navigate, and effectively supports field execution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are well-structured, field-tested, data-supported, and communicated clearly to operators. Some field exposure is required to assist with field tests, observe operational behavior, and provide real-time feedback.
