AARP is the nation's largest nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to empowering people 50 and older to choose how they live as they age. With a nationwide presence, AARP strengthens communities and advocates for what matters most to the more than 100 million Americans 50-plus and their families: health and financial security, and personal fulfillment. AARP also works for individuals in the marketplace by sparking new solutions and allowing carefully chosen, high-quality products and services to carry the AARP name. As a trusted source for news and information, AARP produces the nation's largest-circulation publications, AARP The Magazine and the AARP Bulletin. The AARP Fun & Fulfillment team is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented intern to support the planning, execution, and analysis of our programs and events. This role offers hands-on experience in event planning, logistics coordination, and program design, while working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The intern will play a key role in managing multiple systems and processes simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and smooth execution across projects. A major focus of this internship will be leading a data-driven initiative to compile and organize historical program data into a clear, intuitive reporting tool to support long-term tracking and insights. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with data and Excel, patient and creative in translating information into meaningful reports, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes of program and project management. This paid internship has an anticipated start date of Fall 2026, with the possibility of extending additional semesters.
