AARP’s Policy, Research and International Affairs leads the development and communication of AARP’s public policies and, research and insights on the issues that matter to people 50-plus. The Project Analyst, Executive and Internal Communications reports to the Senior Director of Communications Integration and is a key member of the Office of the Chief Public Policy Officer (CPPO). This role supports executive communications and internal communications for Policy Research and International (PRI) by coordinating complex workflows, strengthening cross-team alignment, and ensuring timely, accurate, and strategic delivery of communication materials and activities. The position requires a highly organized, proactive project analyst who can balance multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and support executive-level work in a fast-paced environment. The Project Analyst serves as a central partner across teams, helping maintain communications systems, prepare leadership for high-visibility engagements, and support consistent, high-quality internal communications across PRI.
