About the Role: The Project Administrator plays a pivotal role in maintaining organizational efficiency by managing schedules, coordinating assignments, and providing administrative support across various departments within the company. The dynamic position involves supporting both project related and non-project-related tasks, ensuring seamless operations and effective collaboration across teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Support new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation, including managing documentation, scheduling, and administering meeting sessions, tracking schedule and budgets. Serve as the point of coordination for ERP-related tasks, updates, and follow-ups across departments. Coordinate ERP-related issues and enhancements. Monitor task completion and ensure timely follow-up on ERP action items. Coordinate with internal teams to gather data, updates, and approvals. Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed. Assist with document preparation, data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping. Support leadership and department managers with ad hoc administrative tasks. Help streamline processes, improve organization, and reduce administrative burden for teams. Ensure accurate and timely communication across departments. File management support for engineering software, including maintaining checkout logs and compliance with electrical model processes. Address tasks such as organizing Flexible Time Off (FTO) schedules, proofreading documents, and preparing charts. Coordinate planning for special meetings, training sessions, lunches, and certificate distributions. Assist in drafting and formatting presentations for various purposes, including Lunch & Learns (L&Ls), department meetings, webinars, and corporate updates. Maintain schedules for training sessions, track employee training progress, and assist in capability matrix consolidation. Stay updated on client, industry, and MSB standards, ensuring compliance and tracking updates. Maintain corporate and departmental documents, ensuring version control and accessibility. Track and manage items related to Strategic Overhead (SOH), ensuring timely completion and delivery.
