The Project Administrator provides administrative and technical support to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and adherence to established standardized workflows. This role also manages project setup and user permissions within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years in project administration; experience with ACC or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) tools.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a structured document control system for all project-related folders and files per QTS standards and naming conventions.
  • Track and log incoming and outgoing documents, including RFIs, submittals, and transmittals.
  • Verify document completeness and appropriate versions before distribution.
  • Distribute updated documents to relevant stakeholders as needed and timely.
  • Archive completed project documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor deadlines for document submissions and follow up with responsible parties.
  • Generate document status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.
  • Create and configure new projects in ACC, including templates and settings.
  • Manage project-level settings such as regions, units, and naming conventions.
  • Add and manage team members, assign roles, and configure permissions.
  • Maintain company affiliations and ensure correct access levels for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure secure access to project data by managing permissions and roles.
  • Monitor compliance with ACC standards and company policies.
  • Support integration of ACC tools (Docs, Build, Cost) with project workflows.
  • Assist in troubleshooting ACC-related issues and provide user guidance.
