About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting project management through effective document control and administrative functions. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, helping coordinate schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your contributions will directly impact the successful completion of construction projects, allowing our partner to meet their goals and maintain high-quality service for clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Projects
  • Minimum 1-5 years of relevant construction administration experience preferred
  • Background check clearance required
  • Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for document control and contract management
  • Maintain control of all project documentation
  • Create and distribute safety and quality control plans
  • Assist in updating and distributing submittals and change orders
  • Coordinate project schedules with the Project Manager
  • Manage project change orders
  • Document meeting minutes and agendas
  • Ensure adherence to safety codes and regulations
  • Prepare project closeout materials
  • Understand project plans and specifications
  • Assist with subcontractor pay applications
