About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized professional to join our team as a Project Administrator. This role is critical to supporting project operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities across project and facility administration.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in project administration or executive support within the A/E/C industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support event planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with technology-related needs.
  • Support new hire integration and employee transitions.
  • Provide logistical assistance for company events.
