About The Position

Honeywell has an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator supporting Water Conservation and Demand Response programs in Honolulu, HI. If you are a self-led, energetic professional this is an excellent opportunity for you to highlight your organizational, customer service and communication skills in a key role as a Project Administrator. This position requires 10% travel to local key retailers. You will use your own vehicle and be reimbursed for mileage. This position will be in the Honolulu HI office. You will report directly to our Program Supervisor, and work at of our Honolulu, HI location. The first 90 days are 100% in office. After 90 days, you follow a hybrid schedule: (3) days in office, (2) remote.

Requirements

  • Two years minimum of hands‑on project or program administration experience.
  • Two years minimum of direct, in‑person customer service experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell, and ability to drive to/from retail site visits.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and high degree of professionalism.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a self-directed capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Use knowledge of program requirements to communicate and determine rebate applicant qualifications and provide customer support via phone.
  • Enter data into software programs of customer rebate applications.
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance on customer rebate applications.
  • Conduct retailer site visits to ensure program signage is maintained.
  • Attend and promote the program at tradeshows and conferences.
  • Maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients, including specific trade ally partners.
  • Support in the production of monthly reports and invoices for the client.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements to current processes.
  • Provide administrative support and data analysis for new and existing programs.
  • Compile data and reports that track the overall performance of program goals to ensure financial metrics are met and meet both client and Honeywell goals and guidelines.
