Comfort working with data and reporting tools to identify trends, prepare summaries, and support decision-making. Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration and clear communication with leadership and peers. Professionalism, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information. Preferred / Bonus Skills: Experience using Smartsheet for tracking, reporting, or project management. Exposure to Anaplan or other enterprise planning and workflow tools. Familiarity with data visualization or dashboard creation to support operational insights.
