Position Summary: The Site Administrator works closely with the Site Manager, managing the project’s day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure that construction runs smoothly. This includes utilizing a technical skillset to perform data entry, production reporting, schedule documentation, and timesheet tracking. In addition to an excellent technical skillset, this position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work onsite, and a willingness to work overtime if needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in-person.
  • Associate's degree (Preferred).
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to remain extremely professional, composed, and competent in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Flexible and cooperative with a well-developed team spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Effective time management skills, understanding how to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • Associate's degree (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Manager with administrative responsibilities.
  • Manage the timesheets for employees and subcontractors.
  • Manage and track billing for labor and materials.
  • Assist other teams onsite with administrative responsibilities, such as tracking supplies, or designing and distributing informative materials.
  • Maintain an organized office environment by ensuring the area is clean, supplies are stocked and ordering more when needed.
  • Input data into a tracking system to maintain an accurate report of production and materials.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and outside vendors via phone call and email.
