Under the direction of the Director of Community Schools and Partnerships, the T.H.R.I.V.E. Case Manager will implement the District philosophy, vision, goals, objectives and activities relating to all programs and policies of the assignment. The Project Administrator is responsible for providing case management to identified Redwood City School District households experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness. In collaboration with T.H.R.I.V.E. consultant, site Community School Coordinator, and District Community School Coordinator, case managers will fulfill the outlined duties and responsibilities.
