Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Ground -Up Industrial or Data Center builds is a significant plus.

  • Financial Controls: Assist the Senior PM with "real -time" budget tracking. Manage the processing of subcontractor pay applications and track the cost impact of field changes against a 125MW+ project budget.
  • Vendor & Sub Coordination: Oversee subcontractor compliance (COIs, safety certifications, and contracts). Manage the onboarding process for a large, rotating workforce of trade partners.
  • Phase Transitioning: Lead the collation of data for the Phase 1 closeout (August 2026) while simultaneously setting up the controls and documentation for the Phase 2 (90MW) launch.
  • Dashboard Reporting: Generate weekly "Health Reports" for senior leadership, translating field data into clear metrics regarding schedule, budget, and risk.
