POSITION DESCRIPTION HGL is currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator (Administrative Assistant SCA) to support a Deactivation, Decommissioning, and Removal project for five buildings at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) project site in Livermore, CA. The duration of project is anticipated to be 5 ½ years. This position will be at the project site and will report directly to the Site Manager providing as-needed assistance to others in Site Lead roles as well. Typical duties will include but not be limited to maintaining project files and safety records, assisting with project supplies, procurements and requisitions, arranging meetings/conference calls, recording meeting minutes, and assisting in other project support assignments as needed. The successful candidate must have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and be familiar with electronic file storage and retrieval platforms such as SharePoint. Strong interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to clearly and confidently communicate, both written and verbally, to all project team members including client representatives and regulators.
