About The Position

Zantech is looking for a talented Project Administration Specialist to contribute to the success of our upcoming Information Technology Support Services project for an On-site role at Fort McCoy, WI. The Project Administration Specialist will be primarily responsible for Project Administration tasks including Project and Data Management support, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra application development and administration, as well as Web-based application delivery and Government-approved system deployments. Summary: The Project Administration Specialist provides technical project administration support to the 88th RD G6 at Fort McCoy, WI. This includes development and maintenance of SharePoint environments, web-based applications, and enterprise systems within the Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra framework. The specialist performs complex SQL analysis, out-of-the-box system enhancements, and supports cradle-to-grave project management.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in IT/software development with demonstrated proficiency in required technical skills, commensurate with degree or equivalent experience.
  • Programming experience in JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, SQL, REST API, PowerShell, CSS, and ASPX
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure/Entra application services (implementation, configuration, Search, Managed Metadata, User Profile Services)
  • Ability to analyze and document Stored Procedures and write complex SQL queries
  • Working knowledge in analysis and design of out-of-the-box enhancements and deployments of Government-approved systems
  • Experience delivering web-based applications
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited university.
  • Relevant and equivalent experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
  • DoD Cyber Awareness Training (required prior to network access and annually thereafter; IAW DoDD 8140.01/DoDM 8140.03/AR 25-2)
  • AT Level I Awareness Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
  • iWATCH Army Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
  • ATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System) registration required
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher clearance, per contract requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent
  • CompTIA Security+ (supports DoD 8140 compliance)
  • SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certification

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint environments and web-based applications
  • Configure and support Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra applications
  • Write and analyze complex SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Design and deploy Government-approved system enhancements
  • Support project management tracking and reporting per PMBOK standards
  • Provide technical documentation and discrepancy reports to the COR
