About The Position

Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships JOB SUMMARY The Project Admin I is responsible for supporting the project team in planning, organizing, and managing field construction activities from initial bid through closeout.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects on schedule.
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of various Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
  • Must have a safe driving record and a valid driver's license according to legal requirements.
  • The position requires driving.
  • Requires extensive travel, up to 80%.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organization of project activities from initial bid to final closeout.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and procurement of materials for various projects.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Participate in reviews of systems and processes to improve productivity.
  • Assist with monitoring project progress and documenting the productivity against the budget.
  • Assist with project document control, including Requests for Information (RFIs), Supplemental Information (SIs), submittals, and drawing and spec reviews.
  • Assist with coordinating vendor quotes and purchasing for projects.
  • Assist in managing job closeout procedures and documentation.
  • Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
