About The Position

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., program management, business administration, nonprofit management, education); master’s degree preferred but not required
  • 4–5 years of experience in program management, operations, or coordination, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
  • Demonstrated experience supporting program planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across teams and functions
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with attention to detail and data-informed decision-making
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of program plans in collaboration with the Chief Programs Officer and program leadership.
  • Coordinate day-to-day program operations, managing timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Assist with planning and implementing new initiatives and program improvements based on data, feedback, and organizational priorities.
  • Track program performance and key metrics; assist in compiling reports, dashboards, and summaries for senior leadership.
  • Maintain organized documentation, systems, and records to support smooth operations and compliance.
  • Manage logistics for trainings, events, materials, and meetings across programs.
  • Support budget tracking and resource planning in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Participate in regular program and team meetings to maintain alignment, surface challenges, and drive progress.
  • Provide guidance and operational support to program team members, fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented culture.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., academics, operations, finance, talent) and external partners to ensure clear communication and coordination.
  • Represent the program team in internal meetings and, as needed, at external events.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the program and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support proposal development, planning documents, and strategic initiatives as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
