About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is to participate as a Java Developer in the development of the OARD application, utilizing a variety of tools including Java, Ajax, Struts II, Java Scripting, Hibernate, JQuery, and PL/SQL. Develop, enhance, maintain, and document application programs using agency development tools and technologies in the areas of data processing, office automation, records management, and financial and accounting systems. Responsible for performance tuning of various system components and resolution of system problems. Provide application security programming to protect SoS and client information. Assess new technologies, and translate and re-orient internal business applications into browser-based applications.
