In this role, you will develop, support, and troubleshoot enterprise-wide integrations using IBM webMethods, Talend, and related platforms. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field; or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience Minimum of five (5) years of software development experience using formal software development methodologies, with at least two (2) years of core application integration experience Hands-on experience with IBM webMethods, Talend, APIs, Flow Services, and Java Services or similar software; familiarity with REST and SOAP integrations , batch and real-time processing Strong SQL, data validation, and system analysis skills Familiarity with version control (Git, Bitbucket, Jira), CI/CD, and testing tools (ReadyAPI/JMeter) Exposure to data warehouse / data-mart concepts, release management, or code deployment processes Experience with vendor coordination, production support, performance monitoring, and reporting Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, work independently, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders OUC offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package. Job Purpose: Responsible for providing experienced product knowledge and product understanding for enterprise-wide integrations across multiple systems using IBM webMethods, Talend and similar integration. The Programmer Analyst serves as a resource for applications requiring structured system methodologies and information technology. Provide first line resolution/analysis assistance for responsibilities of system health, maintenance, and continuous improvements of corporate applications. Responsible for developing programmatic solution, testing solution for accuracy with defined test plan, coordinate the implementation and completion of recommended specification for all new systems, system changes, and problem correction. Work with internal IT and vendor representatives to deliver completely implemented solutions to end-user community by leveraging best practices of the core applications.
