The Programmatic Supervisor leads a team of 1–3 programmatic buyers and is responsible for overseeing programmatic buying strategy, campaign execution, and optimization across a select book of business. This role partners closely with Media Planning and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into high-performing programmatic campaigns that drive measurable client outcomes. The Supervisor brings senior-level programmatic expertise, serves as a strategic resource to internal stakeholders, and plays a critical role in developing junior talent. While this position remains hands-on keys as needed, its primary focus is people leadership and process creation, coaching buyers to strengthen their technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and ownership of campaign performance. The role also contributes to strengthening platform, data, and inventory partnerships to support innovation and growth. This role reports to the Associate Director, Programmatic.
