Everyday. This role is a key member of the Americas Client Services Team, focusing exclusively on our Programmatic Business. Operating as an individual contributor, this individual will manage their own book of programmatic business. The primary goal of this role is to drive client retention and satisfaction by ensuring best-in-class delivery and performance across all programmatic business. Your work will directly contribute to the fastest area of growth for the company. You’ll shape how programmatic excellence looks across the Americas, influencing best practices, client strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll operate at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution — driving measurable results that directly impact client satisfaction and retention.
