About The Position

Ad+genuity is an Independent Trading Desk (ITD) that provides programmatic managed service solutions utilizing multiple demand-side platforms (DSPs: Basis, Amazon, DV360 & Vistar. Programmatic buys span across several different types of media, including banner ad placements, out of home, connected TV, online video and podcasts. Ad+genuity is a subsidiary company of Miles Partnership. Miles Partnership is a full-service marketing consultancy focused exclusively on travel and tourism. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Programmatic Media Buyer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing programmatic media buying strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI for our clients. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising and programmatic media buying.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with an advertising agency or marketing agency
  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms such as DV360, Basis, Amazon, Vistar or other DSPs
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns at one time

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of programmatic media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Display Network, Facebook, DSPs).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives.
  • Optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the account management and creative teams to develop and implement effective media strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.
