• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in online marketing
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency using various programmatic platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
