About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will own programmatic performance end-to-end -- from trafficking and measurement integrity to audience strategy, deal activation, and optimization -- with clear performance goals and autonomy to test and iterate. The ideal candidate has a strong background in programmatic advertising, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization, preferably within the luxury brand or agency space.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years in programmatic advertising, preferably with luxury brands or in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in DV360, CM360, The Trade Desk, Lotame, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Experience with CTV
  • Understanding of privacy/cookie-less changes and first-party data activation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure accurate trafficking of ads and proper implementation of creative assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Analyze ad placement performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Own day-to-day trading and optimization across DV360/TTD to hit CPA / ROAS / qualified-lead goals
  • Utilize 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data for precise audience targeting.
  • Develop and manage audience segments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with tools such as DV360, CM360, The Trade Desk, Lotame, and other DSPs.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in programmatic advertising.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
