About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy, analytical Summer Intern to join our programmatic ads commercial organization. The role is designed for a student interested in gaming, advertising technology sectors and in working at the intersection of business strategy, operations, data analytics and AI technologies. You will be partnering with the commercial leadership team of Unity's programmatic organizations across the team's operating rhythm and key projects to accelerate revenue and optimize operations helping build the framework for how our programmatic ads organization scales through processes, automation and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Rising Juniors/Seniors or Grad students preferred).
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data sets and a basic understanding of how to translate numbers into a "story." Familiary with google sheets. Experience performing in depth research and simple financial acumen.
  • AI Experience: Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows and deliver work output more efficiently
  • Communication: Ability to clearly communicate with a variety of stakeholders, written and verbal. Experience in google doc and building google slide presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the coordination of quarterly planning cycles. You will help prep materials for business review sessions and track the alignment of team KPIs and OKRs against our broader business goals.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Support the team by conducting data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks in our current processes. You’ll help turn raw data into actionable insights for the leadership team.
  • AI Research & Enablement: Act as a "scout" the programmatic team on AI business transformation. You will help research enterprise AI tools, identify specific workflow areas ripe for optimization, and assist in building the business case for new vendor partnerships.
  • Executive Shadowing & Partnership: Support senior leaders on strategic initiatives, gaining a front-row seat to how high-level business decisions are made and communicated.
  • Special Project Coordination: Take "point" on a specific, high-visibility project within the programmatic ads space, managing project timelines and cross-functional communication from start to finish.
  • Audience Insights and Analysis: Support the Unity Audience Hub in key GTM processes including building targeting audiences for pitches and RFPs and assist the ad operations and account management team in pre-sales and post-sales audience insights deliverables for major agencies and brand advertising customers.
