The Program Support Specialist is a fully integrated member of the CIS service delivery team and is responsible for delivering CIS case management services to students on designated campuses. This position may support more than one campus at a time, and frequent travel between assigned campuses in multiple Central Texas school districts will be a requirement due to the nature of this work. The Campus Program Support Specialist must be adaptable and have the ability to readily shift focus areas and priorities when directed. Frequent travel between assigned campuses will be a requirement, and due to the nature of this work, this is a full-time on-campus position. The Program Support Specialist will be responsible for the continuity of CIS program services during vacancies on the designated campus(es) and providing program leadership. In cases where a vacancy does not exist, the Program Support Specialist will support program staff with designated essential functions as needed.
