About The Position

Program Support Specialist The Opportunity: As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Program Support Specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the client. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning and regular interactions with engineers, researchers, and program staff. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in leadership and business operations
  • 5+ years of experience building briefings and advising senior-level clients on courses of action
  • Experience with project management, process management, and leading cross-functional projects and programs in risk management
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks or the application of risk management to the client's technology areas
  • Knowledge of aeronautics research principles and strategic areas
  • Ability to analyze and integrate into the client space for a clear determination of compliance or risk and develop potential mitigation strategies
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience identifying data sources and manipulating and extracting data for dashboards, visualization, or reports
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Access and Power Apps such as Power BI and Power Automate
  • Experience with project management software
  • Experience supporting aerospace clients
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to deliver in project settings that require a grasp of cross-functional subject matter, including people, process, and technology aspects of change
  • Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Master’s degree
