Job Summary: The Program Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting operational consistency and staff development across multiple patient engagement functions. This position is responsible for training and onboarding team members including Community Health Workers (CHWs), Phone Team staff, Pre-Registration, and Check-In teams. The specialist works closely with leadership to ensure workflows are followed, best practices are maintained, and staff are equipped to deliver high-quality patient experiences. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to various clinical locations as needed.
