We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Program Support Representative to support patients enrolled in our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, phone-based technical support for connected health devices, investigate transmission issues, troubleshoot device problems, coordinate warranty replacements and new device orders, and re-engage patients who’ve fallen out of compliance—all while delivering exceptional, empathetic service.
