POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Program Support Analyst is part of a team that is responsible for third-party oversight and compliance monitoring within Republic Processing Group (RPG). This includes but is not limited to performing key risk indicator monitoring, preparing, and reporting monitoring results to internal stakeholders, analyzing, and escalating identified issues, conducting third-party regulatory compliance reviews, and drafting and implementing corresponding procedures. Requirements

• Two (2) years previous financial institution, prepaid card or credit product experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Internet applications
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills for effective interactions with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
• Detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Possess and demonstrate an analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
• Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required including occasional out of town travel.
• Flexible work schedule may include some evenings, weekends and/or overtime.
• Stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with consumer compliance related regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ongoing compliance monitoring for various consumer facing non-traditional bank products.
• Prepare and update procedures, draft and maintain workpapers and written reports documenting monitoring results and other third-party reviews.
• Escalate issues to the line of business for timely resolution and communicate results to internal stakeholders.
• Attend and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
• Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.
• Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank’s values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability, and dedication to the organization.
• Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
