As a Program Supervisor, you will play a critical role in our mission-driven organization focused on expanding access to services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position involves facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participating in various administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. You will supervise a team of Caregivers who support individuals in our program, providing assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Your duties will be split between providing direct support, engaging in professional or program activities, and supervising staff. Additionally, you will facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
