The Out of Home Care (OHC) Program Supervisor is a key leadership position responsible for building and sustaining a program that meets the needs of OHC for justice involved youth being served by CYFS as well as supervise, coach and lead staff. This role will assist with policy development, implementation, and adherence to the CYFS policies, procedures, as well as state and federal guidelines. The Program Supervisor will provide day-to-day oversight of OHC staff, OHC service referrals, and OHC placements, ensuring that OHC related programming and contracted service needs are met. This role will also facilitate special projects in collaboration with other CYFS leaders and stakeholders, leading and supporting continuous quality-related activities, navigating clinical expertise and guidance, and supporting the implementation of evidence-based programs.
