Requirements
- Master s degree in behavioral health field
- Active PA license (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
- 3+ years supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise all team members
- Ensure trauma-informed service delivery
- Monitor outcomes and reporting
- Ensure OMHSAS compliance
