About The Position

As a Program Supervisor at Sevita, you will lead a team dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live independent and fulfilling lives. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior caregiving or direct support experience (such as DSP, Caregiver, or Team Lead) to transition into a leadership position while maintaining direct involvement with the people they serve. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in lieu of education
Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
Strong communication and organizational skills
A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members
Ensure high-quality care and program operations
Provide hands-on support when needed, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care
Encourage independence and help individuals participate in community activities
Model leadership, compassion, and teamwork for your staff
