Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health diagnosis. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research. This position assists the Program Director in maintaining oversight of program structure and all clinic activities, focusing primarily on clinical service & documentation compliance. Monitors services & documentation provided by Counselors, Case Managers, Clinical Assessors, and other Clinical Support positions. Supervises and assists clinical staff in performing substance abuse and mental health counseling work on both an individual patient basis and in a group setting. Responsible for providing clinical services to patients as needed and documenting in accordance with company standards. Scope of Practice: Clinical Services provided by unlicensed Program Supervisors are limited to the following tasks: Screening Psychosocial assessment Treatment planning Referral Service coordination and case management Consultation Continuing assessment and treatment plan reviews Recovery support services Crisis intervention Individual, family, and community education Documentation of progress Counseling, including: 1. Individual counseling 2. Group counseling 3. Counseling with families, couples, and significant others
