The Program Supervisor at The Arc of the Ozarks is a management-level position responsible for overseeing community and residential service programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The Program Supervisor is tasked with developing and implementing individualized support plans, training staff, and maintaining compliance with quality assurance standards.

  • Manage and supervise community and residential service programs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individual support plans for persons served.
  • Train and supervise direct support staff, ensuring accountability and performance.
  • Monitor the implementation of services and outcomes as per individual support plans.
  • Coordinate with families, staff, and external agencies to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Prepare employee work schedules and manage staff coverage.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the on-call system rotation as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or special education.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Supervisory experience in a management capacity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and community-based programs for individuals with disabilities.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management in a service context.
