About The Position

The Program Specialist plays a critical role in the planning, development, and implementation of organizational programs that align with strategic goals. This position is responsible for coordinating program activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations. The Program Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to optimize program effectiveness and impact. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in program coordination, management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and program management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience working within government agencies, non-profit organizations, or large-scale program environments.
• Familiarity with grant management and compliance requirements.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or program management.
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities
