As a member of the Strategic Accounts team, the Program Specialist is drives program execution across our distributors in collaboration with the Strategic Accounts Team. Hybrid Work Schedule requiring 2-3 days per week in office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; at least five years of related experience, with at least two years of experience supporting projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer application skills: Ability to use industry standard software including office products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and aptitude to learn PM software
  • Advanced skill in using Excel, including creating pivot tables, sorting, writing functions, formatting, creating charts, and analyzing large data sets
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including AP, AR, sales and gross profit analysis.
  • Project management skills: defining objectives, creating timelines, scheduling and planning project resources, documenting processes, monitoring and evaluating project status.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues and build rapport on the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains comprehensive understanding of account details, program operations, and distributor engagement to support Strategic Accounts (SA) initiatives
  • Leads SA project execution and workflow governance by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder accountability through Project Management software. Serves as the department subject matter expert (SME), offering guidance, best practices, and process improvements 
  • Develops, analyzes, and maintains SA reporting and KPI dashboards to ensure data accuracy and visibility into performance trends. Synthesizes customer and distributor insights to deliver recommendations that influence strategy, priorities, and operational decisions. 
  • Partners with SA leadership to identify field-facing challenges and operational risks. Provides weekly updates on key themes, issues, and escalations. Supports process enhancements that improve responsiveness and reduce recurring issues.
  • Delivers timely performance reporting and business insights - including sales and margin trends - to support SA planning, forecasting, and program evaluation.
