As a Program Specialist 2, you'll play a key role in keeping the University organized and compliant. Under the guidance of the Policies, Records, and Forms (PRF) Coordinator, you will take ownership of coordinating the University's records retention program-ensuring that we meet state and federal requirements and maintain best practices. You'll also support the PRF Coordinator in shaping and refining the University's administrative policies and rules. This means you'll have the opportunity to draft policy language, proofread and edit revisions, circulate drafts for feedback, and prepare final versions for online publication. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts will help keep our policies clear, accurate, and accessible.
