This position is located in the Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Division. This position oversees the planning, implementation, and contract management of prevention and recovery activities under the SAMHSA Grants and behavioral health interventions within the treatment, recovery, and prevention settings. This position is responsible for leading the development of evidence-based prevention interventions for both substance and stimulant use disorders including training, distribution, and expansion programs, and health intervention awareness campaigns for most individuals including pregnant and post-partum. This position will coordinate strategic initiatives with service providers, communities, local and state law enforcement, Director’s Office staff, stakeholders, and technical assistance providers in order to implement programs to fidelity, evaluate the impact of programs, and support program sustainability.
