Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1+ year administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with SharePoint a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Frequent computer use

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and update transportation schedules and run information
  • Enter and approve attendance data in the electronic case record system
  • Support vehicle maintenance scheduling
  • Maintain digital files and records in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Assist with training compliance tracking and audits
  • Take detailed meeting minutes for Program Services leadership
  • Provide general administrative and project support as needed
