The Program Services Associate will provide services related to Program Manager relationship management, audit services, compliance and program analytics. The State National Associate Program is geared toward recent college graduates looking to explore their options within risk management careers — while also having fun! This position is part of a one- year rotational development program within State National’s Program Services Business which includes one quarter spent working in each of the following departments: Business Development – Market-facing group tasked with evaluating, structuring, and executing potential new business opportunities. Client Services – Responsible for special projects, program administrative tasks provided by State National, and client relationships. Compliance – Provides strategic and tactical compliance communications, processes, client and stakeholder support. Reinsurance – Works with the client and program reinsurer to ensure contractual compliance and that funding obligations are met. Requirements

  • College graduate as of June 2026
  • Strong academic performance (3.00 GPA minimum)
  • Excellent presentation and leadership skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and reason through complex problems and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy self-starter, good decision maker with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Solid time management skills
  • Computer savvy- experience with MS office suite
  • Competitive nature and strong desire to win
