Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Program Security Manager (PSO) to oversee the protection of classified and unclassified information in support of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) priorities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Special Access Program Security Manager (SAPSM) to ensure compliance with Joint Staff and INDOPACOM security directives, guidance, and oversight. This role is critical in implementing improvements directed by the Joint Staff and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to current security guidance and regulations. The Program Security Manager will assist in evaluating current and future requirements for J3X Special Access Program (SAP) facilities, ensuring that all security measures are in place and effective. In addition to compliance oversight, the Program Security Manager will coordinate any approved construction or modifications to the J3X SAP facility. They will prepare the facility for security inspections and staff assistance visits, ensuring that all personnel security clearance information is managed effectively. This includes conducting initial and annual reviews of security clearances for Division personnel, particularly those requiring Sensitive Compartmented Access (SCA). The candidate will also support security requirements during exercises and maintain policies and procedures related to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). This involves developing and advising on revisions to current policies to ensure that all personnel are trained and equipped to safeguard highly sensitive classified information. The role requires inspecting SAP facilities in the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR), specifically in Japan and South Korea, with travel expectations of up to 10-15% of the year. The Program Security Manager will also be responsible for providing monthly status reports to ensure that all security measures are being adhered to and that any issues are addressed promptly.
