Our Coyote Missile On-site Program Quality Lead (PQL) in Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS), will support U.S. and foreign programs within the Coyote portfolio at our Tucson, AZ location. In this role, you'll drive a robust quality culture, practices, and collaboration efforts. As the primary quality interface for the product Integrated Product Team (IPT), you'll be responsible for ensuring the program meets all Quality & Mission Assurance requirements. This includes coordinating with functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and overseeing scope of work through all integrated product development phases, from design to production and sustainment. You’ll be the customer’s advocate internal to the team, ensuring we meet our obligations and expectations. You will develop and monitor quality metrics to drive proactive continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with integrated teams to enforce process rigor. In the Program Quality role, you will support contract start-up activities, production support and sell-off support. You will primarily engage our factories and suppliers that aid the Coyote portfolio, implement quality processes to reduce overall product lifecycle cost and risk. You will be responsible for ensuring reviews and assessments of program performance are performed, including technical assessments of systems, lessons learned, technology, and programmatic (cost, schedule, and risks and/or defects) practices assuring Quality management System (QMS) processes are defined and implemented. This is an on-site position in Tucson, Arizona .
