The Program Quality & Compliance Specialist supports quality assurance and quality improvement efforts across residential and program services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role works closely with operational leadership to ensure programs meet regulatory requirements, internal standards, and person-centered service expectations. You will serve as a technical expert for electronic documentation systems such as Therap, while conducting documentation reviews, program site visits, and quality improvement initiatives.
