About The Position

ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports a NAVAIR PMA. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior will provide senior-level program management and analytical support to assist in the execution of acquisition programs. The selected candidates will support program analysis, reporting, and strategic communication activities to ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Department of the Navy policies and lifecycle management processes. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior will work closely with Government leadership, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and program stakeholders to support planning, execution, and reporting activities across all phases of the program lifecycle, including strategic messaging and senior-level briefings. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of leading complex efforts while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (MA/MS) from an accredited college or university.
  • Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least five (5) years of experience successfully managing Electronic Warfare (EW) technology development programs.

Nice To Haves

  • At least ten (10) years of experience supporting NAVAIR program management, technical, or business analysis disciplines related to acquisition and life cycle management.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of recent experience supporting analysis and planning activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in program/project status tracking, earned value management (EVM), schedule analysis, strategic communications, and technical writing.

Responsibilities

  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, and business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Assists program leadership in formulating and delivering strategic messaging and required reports.
  • May develop and submit briefing materials on behalf of the Program Office.
  • Assist the project IPT lead with industry partners in communicating a message consistent with Program Office strategic goals and intent.
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities, deadlines and projects, and serves as a qualified professional in technical writing and strategic messaging.
