About The Position

ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports a NAVAIR PMA. The Cooperative Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior will provide program management and analytical support for security cooperation and international programs. The selected candidate will support data analysis, program tracking, and coordination activities to ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Department of the Navy policies and lifecycle management processes. The Cooperative Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior will work closely with Government leadership, Cooperative Program Managers, and Security Cooperation team members to support planning, execution, and reporting activities for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and cooperative programs. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, internationally focused acquisition environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
Less than three (3) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Secret Clearance Required

Nice To Haves

Experience performing the duties of a program/project/management analyst in support of security cooperation programs.
At least one (1) year of demonstrated experience with international program policy, foreign disclosure review, export compliance, and/or international agreement management.
Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced operations, coordinate with diverse organizations, take initiative, and manage projects with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
Performs management, technical, and business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Display previous experience with international programs management, to include foreign national extended/temporary visits and access to Department of Navy/Department of Defense facilities and systems.
Supports the efforts and actions of the Cooperative Program Managers/Team Leads for Cooperative programs.
With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Cooperative Program Managers/Team Leads, assists the Cooperative Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Cooperative casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition policy guidance.
