The purpose of the Pre-hire Program Professional role is to support the Resource Professional with administrative activities around requisition management of the Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) program for an assigned client. This includes support in the areas of shortlisting, interview scheduling, compliance/on-boarding, and work order/assignment creation. This role is considered client-facing to include verbal/written communication with client managers and suppliers as needed. Making an Impact • Manage the day-to-day CWS operations activities in such areas as shortlisting, interview scheduling, and compliance/on-boarding for assigned client. Prioritization of activities and deadlines, expedient issue resolution, further refining throughout the process with emphasis on responsiveness and customer services for assigned clients. • Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, maintaining, and building new relationships, expectation management and issue/conflict resolution. • Establishes and develops Resource Professional relationships within assigned client as well as working relationships with client managers and suppliers as needed. • Fulfills client service through frequent interaction with Resource Professionals, client managers, and suppliers to ensure satisfaction. • Is knowledgeable of and understands the contracted terms and conditions between TAPFIN and the client, including client rules of engagement and processes within areas of responsibility on their program. • Responsible for ensuring resolution to the day-to-day issues that arise within areas of responsibility on their program. Reports issues to respective Resources Professional and/or Program Manager as needed for resolution and/or escalation. Sharing Expertise • Communicates with program team, client managers and suppliers, keeps them informed, and shares information regarding shortlisting, interview scheduling, and compliance/on-boarding. • Ensures a “customer service” rapport with the Resource Professional, client managers and suppliers to understand business and hiring needs/processes and ensure open communications. • Provides guidance to suppliers and managers regarding program guidelines around support activities to include processes and compliance requirements.
