About The Position

14390 – Program & Portfolio Manager (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
• Project Management experience (5+ years)
• Project Forecasting experience
• Risk Management experience
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Facilitation, Project Data Analysis, Confluence, Rich Filters, Excel, Apptio Cost Transparency

Nice To Haves

• Portfolio Management experience
• Scaled Agile Framework experience
• Project Governance experience
• PMP
• Certified Scrum Master
• Certified Lean Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify problem trends and generate alerts for project managers and solution managers to inform them of emerging risks or issues with their projects and portfolios.
• Train project leads and solution managers on our processes, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct monthly portfolio reviews with the Client’s IT VP, solution managers, and project leads to examine projects at risk, facilitate project-data based strategic decisions, and create mitigation plans.
• Provide one-on-one support for project leads managing critical projects/programs.
• Updating project budget, actuals & forecast for IT funded projects.
• Following up on action items from Portfolio Reviews.
• Meet with each Solution group every month to review their alignment with the Project Governance standards and address any issues that may be preventing their alignment.
• Hold monthly office hours to train, educate and support Project Leads
